You must include the HSN item number located on your receipt and a photo which shows the repair requested. 

Also, we do not give refunds for anything purchased on HSN or HSN.com. You will need to contact HSN as that is where the item was purchased. We do not have access to their customer records.

Please note - our warranty only covers items that have been purchased within the last year.
