You must include the HSN item number located on your receipt and a photo which shows the repair requested. Please note that our warranty only covers items that have been purchased within the last year.

We do not give refunds for anything purchased on HSN or HSN.com. You will need to contact HSN as that is where the item was purchased. We do not have access to their customer records.

You will need to clean your sterling silver jewelry as we do not provide that service. As with all precious metals, it will tarnish. It is easy to remove light stains, tarnishing and fingerprints with a little bit of care and a good jewelry cloth. All precious metals will tarnish with normal wear. To avoid tarnishing we suggest not wearing your jewelry if it will be exposed to water or sweat. Do not expose your pieces to lotions, perfumes or hair products.
